Implementation scope is agreed separately for each engagement.

Project focus

The study focuses on interface decisions, proposed workflows and the requirements a similar product would need to address.

Design decisions

01

Put the current trip and next action ahead of secondary navigation.

02

Make proof-of-delivery capture explicit, with upload and retry states.

03

Give dispatchers a view of exceptions instead of an undifferentiated activity feed.

Scope illustrated

  • Driver trip and delivery flows
  • Proof-of-delivery interaction design
  • Dispatcher exception dashboard

For a similar project, we would agree the target users, business constraints, prototype feedback plan and acceptance criteria before development. We agree success measures during discovery and review them against a defined baseline after launch.
